Ice Beauty Pageants

 

1. This is a full glitz pageant which means anything goes (makeup, spray tans, hair pieces, flippers, etc.). Although these things are not required they are highly recommended.

2. Stage will have 3 x’s across the back and 3 x’s across the front. You may choose to use these x’s however you want.

3. Props are allowed in the Talent. You are allowed 30 seconds to set and take down props. No fire, water, swords, knives, glass, pyrotechnics, animals or humans are allowed.

5. There will be a lineup before beauty. You will not be deducted points if you are late for lineup, but will forfeit side awards. If you miss your place in lineup for modeling event(s), you may go to the end of your age division. Be advise__ 1/2 point deduction per judge will occur. Please be on time for each event. A final schedule will be handed out at registration.

6. Contestants are placed in lineup according to when their deposit, entry form and emcee sheet are received. First in-last out or your choice in the lineup (first come-first served basis).

7. During beauty all contestants will be judged for prettiest eyes, prettiest hair, and prettiest smile and best dressed. These are additional prizes and will not count towards titles.

8. All contestants will be judged fairly and competently by each judge. All judges’ decisions are final. Ties will be broke up to the 1000th point of the total score. If the tie still cannot be broken, the judges have the right to break the tie.

9. All contestants 24 months and under must be accompanied on stage by guardian unless parent accepts all responsibility of child going on stage by themselves. A contestant that is accompanied by a guardian will not be scored any less.

10. Professional photography and video will be provided. Absolutely no photos or video can be used in the ballroom at any time.

11. Prices are subject to change without notice at any time.

12. Contestants can compete the day of the pageant based on Age as of June 1, 2016.

13. Ice Beauty Pageants is not responsible for any act of nature that might or could result in the postponement of the competition such as, but not limited to power outages or severe weather.

14. All winners are required to remain after crowning for pictures to receive their cash winnings.

15. Check payments are accepted until November 20, 2016 and can me mailed to 737 Vaughn Cir, Birmingham, AL, 35235. PayPal address is Icebeautypageants@gmail.com. No refunds or transfer fees on deposits. You don’t have to have a PayPal you can still make payments with PayPal.

16. No door entries will be accepted. Cutoff date to enter Glitter Wonderland is November 20, 2016 regardless the number of entries. NO EXCEPTIONS!

17. ALL TITLES included in the Ice Elite Mega Supreme Package are GUARANTEED to pay in full! There must be 40 entries for the $2,000 Glitter Mega Elite Supreme to pay in full. 100% of monies will be paid out of what was paid into the Glitter Mega Elite Supreme Title.

18. Individuals may not approach Judges with the intent to influence or harass. This type of action will result in disqualification of the connected contestant. It is optional for contestants to stay at the host hotel during our pageants; contestants will provide their own transportation and provide their own wardrobe. Ice Beauty Pageants expects each Contestant to show the highest degree of sportsmanship conduct and will not tolerate bullying, rude, mean, or inappropriate conduct. Such inappropriate conduct could end with Contestant being disqualified. The pageant is not responsible for any accident or injury, lost or stolen items.

19. Should the contestant be unable to compete for any reason after entry fees are paid, ALL fees are non-refundable. This includes deposits and any fees paid up until the competition. Under certain circumstances, a partial credit towards next scheduled competition may be issued. If a competition is cancelled by Ice Beauty for any reason and an entry fee has been paid, delegate will have a credit with the option to enter the next competition of his/her choice within 1 year of the cancelled event or a full refund.

20. I have provided all true and correct information. Should age entered be found to be untrue, I(The contestant and/or Guardian) will be responsible for returning all awards and/or paying all court fees should legal action be necessary. I understand I am required to have my child’s birth certificate available if needed.

 

 

 

I release Ice Beauty Pageants, Director, and staff from any liability, injury, loss, or illness that may occur before, during or after the pageant.
